Refund Policy

We want HexWave Premium to be useful. If it is not, we will refund you. This page explains how.
1. Free tier
The HexWave free tier requires no payment and no card. There is nothing to refund.
2. 14-day refund window
If you subscribe to HexWave Premium and decide it is not for you, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. This applies to your first paid month or your first annual payment.
To request a refund, write to us via the Contact page (choose the Support category) from the email address on your account. Include your order or transaction reference if you have it. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
3. Renewal refunds
Recurring renewals (monthly or annual) are not automatically refundable after the 14-day window. If a renewal charged you by mistake, or if you intended to cancel and forgot, contact us within 7 days of the renewal date and we will review your request individually. We generally honor good-faith renewal refund requests in full.
4. Cancellation vs refund
Cancelling your subscription stops future charges but does not, on its own, refund a past payment. After cancellation, your Premium access remains active until the end of the billing period you already paid for. To recover a past payment, follow the refund process above.
5. How refunds are processed
HexWave Premium is billed through a third-party payment provider that acts as Merchant of Record. Approved refunds are issued by that provider back to the original payment method. Bank or card processing typically returns funds within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your provider.
6. Chargebacks
If you experience a billing issue, please email us first. Chargebacks filed without contacting support delay resolution and may result in account suspension while the dispute is reviewed. We would much rather just refund you directly.
