Refund Policy

Last updated: 2026-07-06

HexWave Premium is sold as an in-app subscription through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Because those stores process the payment, they also handle refunds. This page explains how to request one.

1. Free tier

The HexWave free tier requires no payment and no card. There is nothing to refund.

2. Who handles refunds

HexWave Premium is purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play, which act as the merchant of record: they process the payment, taxes, and any refund. HexWave does not receive your card details and cannot issue a refund to your payment method directly. All refund decisions are made by Apple or Google under their own policies.

3. How to request a refund

Apple (iOS): request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple Account. Apple reviews each request under its refund policy.

Google (Android): request a refund from your order history, either in the Google Play Store app or at play.google.com under Profile, then Payments and subscriptions, then Budget and order history, then Report a problem. Google reviews each request under its refund policy.

4. Cancelling vs refunding

Cancelling your subscription stops future renewals but does not by itself refund a past charge. After you cancel, Premium stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.

To recover a past charge, use the store refund process in section 3.

5. If something went wrong

If you were charged in error, a purchase did not unlock Premium, or you hit any billing problem, contact us through the Contact page (choose Support) from the email on your account. We cannot refund a store purchase ourselves, but we will help you resolve the issue and point you to the right store request.

6. Contact

For any refund or billing question, reach us through the Contact page. We read every message.
