The pattern of your day
Born on January 23, you blame the structure rather than the person, which is Aquarius air being fair and quietly removing their agency.
You see the structure that produced the behaviour, so you cannot get properly angry at the person.
Somebody does something genuinely contemptible and you find yourself, almost against your will, explaining the incentives they were operating under: what they were rewarded for, what they were never taught, which pressure was on them that afternoon. You are usually right about all of it, and it makes you unusually fair in an argument.
The people they harmed do not find the analysis consoling.
That is the thing to hold on to, because it is the part your instinct will route around. A systems explanation is true and it is also, delivered at the wrong moment, a way of telling somebody that their injury was structural and therefore not really about them.
And there is a harder version underneath it. Removing the incentive removes the person's agency, which sounds generous and is a kind of condescension: it says they could not have done otherwise.
Sometimes they could have. Sometimes a person in a bad system simply chose, and the system is where you put it so you do not have to say so.

What is a Birth Hexagram?
Your Birth Hexagram Triad is three things at once: a Primary Hexagram (who you are), a Changing Line (your growth edge), and a Resultant Hexagram (who you are becoming). It is computed, not guessed, from the Chinese lunar calendar via the Plum Blossom method.
